After learning my trade from an apprenticeship with the local electricity board, I went on to many years of varied electrical work. I have skills in domestic, commercial and industrial buildings.
I also spent many years working in the live events industry from local theatre groups to festivals, concerts and huge stadiums. As you can imagine there is a huge amount of power and electricity at such events.
My work even took me to live down under for six years, which further increased knowledge and skills in different electrical regulations and enviroments.
Trainer on tour
For the past seven years I have now moved into teaching and training, originally due to leg injuries but I am loving training and don't look back.
I have had the privilage of teaching students across the country in colleges and training centres. From teenagers just starting out in their career to updating and upskilling those building on an already impressive career.
As my work takes me all over the country, from Scotland to the south west, London to Wales. I decided to invest in "Babs" my campervan for work away. So consider me a tutor on tour, we may video call from a remote location.

Many people ask where Leccylee came from, well its a nickname I was given almost thirty years ago and it stuck! So seems fitting to still go by this today.
Electrical engineering is my passion and I enjoy bringing the skills and knowledge to others. Let my decades of experience and skills get you where you want to be today.
